Understanding what is at play.
Naming what repeats.
Transactional Analysis offers a structured framework for observing relational dynamics, emotions and patterns of behaviour that repeat. Therapeutic work brings these scenarios to light, clarifies what takes place in the relationship and supports greater autonomy.
The first sessions are used to clarify what brings you here, set the frame and agree on a therapeutic contract. The practice is confidential and supervised.

EGO STATES
A theory of personality
and of communication.
Developed in the late 1950s by psychiatrist Eric Berne, Transactional Analysis is a method of psychotherapy. Its language makes ways of thinking, feeling and relating observable — without turning the session into a theory class.
My personal journey led me to Transactional Analysis.
Professionally, I first worked in architecture and finance, before moving into politics, institutions, strategy and communications. For more than ten years, I have held advisory and leadership roles, currently in a scientific and institutional environment.
I am also a Transactional Analysis psychotherapy practitioner and see a small number of individual therapy clients.
